PARKING

Parking is limited, particularly during the busy summer months. We recommend arriving early, and consider using ride-sharing services such as Uber or Lyft for convenience. Please plan ahead, as parking spaces are not guaranteed.

YACHT RULES

Footwear: For safety and comfort, please refrain from wearing heels, boots, or hard shoes. Flat shoes or sandals are required. Guests wearing inappropriate footwear will be asked to remove them before boarding.

Restroom Use: Please do not dispose of toilet paper, feminine products, or any non-biodegradable items in the toilets. Help us keep the yacht in top condition for all guests.

Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on board.

Behavior: Excessive intoxication, disruptive behavior, or any destructive actions including: clogging toilets with paper or other items will result in the immediate termination of the event, without refund.

Safety: Jumping from the 2nd-level deck is strictly prohibited.

Children: For safety reasons, all children under the age of 12 must wear a life jacket. One will be provided upon request.

At Bowtie Yacht Charters, we strive to provide a luxurious, seamless experience for all of our guests. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and look forward to making your time aboard truly exceptional.

At Bowtie Charters, we do not have a liquor license, but you are welcome to bring your own alcohol aboard.

Planning to bring hard liquor? For safety and compliance reasons, a bartender is required to serve all hard alcohol onboard. Please make sure to select the Bartender Add-On at checkout.

Bareboat carters are limited by the coastguard to a maximum of 13 people (the charterer + 12 guests) and the crew. If you need to accommodate more than 13, please contact us at [email protected] so we can send you additional yacht options.

If the Host wishes to cancel a scheduled charter, they must notify BowTie Adventures LLC immediately by emailing [email protected] or calling directly.

Cancellations by the Host

• 60 days or more before the charter date: You will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

• Less than 60 days before the charter date: The booking becomes nonrefundable, but BowTie will issue a non-transferable credit equal to the full booking amount, valid toward a future charter within 12 months of the original booking date.

• Cancellations within 14 days of the event are ineligible for credit or refund.

Weather-Related Cancellations

If BowTie determines that your charter must be canceled due to unsafe weather conditions or a U.S. Coast Guard advisory, the charterer may:

• Reschedule at no additional cost

• In rare cases, a partial or full refund may be granted Weather-based refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at BowTie’s discretion.

We require full payment at the time of booking to secure your date and time. However, you can use Klarna or Affirm at checkout to split your payment into smaller installments and lock in your charter with ease.
